  • anonymous says:

Hi Admin. Wanted to share a recent experience regarding this – I had done a transaction few days back on Shopclues, via Mobikwik wallet. The next day, I got an email saying there has been a transaction on my Mobikwik account for Rs 399 – I had never initiated or authorized any such transaction, in fact, I never even got an OTP on my phone to authorize the same..straightaway got a mail saying money has been deducted. The money was used to recharge an Aircel Mobile number (prepaid) which appears to be from Kolkata (07687960225).

Not sure how this “hack” was executed by the other party.

I have complained to Mobikwik and they are “looking into it”.

If anyone has had any similar experiences with Mobikwik, and successfully recovered the money from them, would appreciate if they could post what they did to get the money back, here.
